The Hallway-Kitchen is a graphic short story about a young girl’s relationship to her kitchen, a small space that is too see-through to be called a kitchen. In this place with no hiding spot, she must grapple with the unspoken memories of her family’s history and the underlying traumas that permeate from the hallway-kitchen throughout the home. Midway to Nowhere

Midway to Nowhere is a children’s book about home, belonging, and purpose. Birdy is a young child born in the Junkyard, a place where wishes go to sleep. It sits between the old home that Baba longs for but can never return to and Earth, the place where Birdy’s new friends, Felix and May, seem so determined to go. If the Junkyard is midway to nowhere, where is Birdy’s home if this is all she has ever known?
